Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at FuseGlobal Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating CAPEX project purchases from bid to delivery, ensuring all deliverables are met per the agreed contract terms, and managing risk related to purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction contracts, consulting agreements, and other contract documents for the CAPEX organization, ensuring consistency with company policies.
  • Create and update Purchase Orders in SAP, participating in negotiations with the Global procurement team to gather required commercial information.
  • Manage the flow of information, goods, and services to and from equipment suppliers, reviewing scheduled shipment dates and confirming on-time delivery.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and clients to promote the availability of supplier resources to meet and exceed project needs.
  • Develop relationships internally with engineers and Project Management to communicate any risks to meeting contract milestones and/or contract deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in supply chain, business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (buyer role) in construction or equipment purchasing required.
  • SAP purchasing and DocuSign experience strongly desired.
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, high degree of initiative, and results-focused.
  • Proven ability to analyze and present findings in a clear and cohesive manner.
  • Capable of navigating through ambiguous situations and managing relationships.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between internal customers and the global procurement team.
