Position Overview:
This role can be based in our Minneapolis/St Paul twin cities office or our headquarters. We are in search of a driven and skilled Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly within the Amazon marketplace, to enhance our Amazon sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of the Amazon marketplace, including performance analysis and reporting.
- Oversight of inventory and pricing strategies.
- Execution of promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives.
- Engagement with customers and management of reviews.
This position will collaborate closely with product development, sales, customer service teams, and external partners, including Amazon support and third-party service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years focused on the Amazon marketplace; familiarity with Seller Central is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and enhancing product rankings on Amazon.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in utilizing analytics tools, including those integrated within Seller Central, as well as experience with platforms like Google Analytics, MerchantSpring, Helium 10, and Jungle Scout.
