Job Description

Overview:

Flash Markets is seeking a dynamic Store Director to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and maintained to reflect the Flash Markets brand image.
  • Expense Control: Implement proactive methods to manage store expenses and optimize profitability.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales across all shifts and maintain high store standards.
  • Team Supervision: Manage a diverse team of 8 to 15 members, fostering a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, aiding in their career progression.
  • Safety and Motivation: Promote a safe space for customers and staff while encouraging team growth.

Requirements:

  • Age: 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
  • Experience: Retail and/or Food Management experience
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability
  • Travel: Occasional travel for regional and district meetings
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle, customer-centric mindset, ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check
