We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure maximum efficiency.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment issues.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 10+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment.
- Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
