We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team at Rock Creek Tavern. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Manage tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Previous experience as a Server/Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This role requires standing for long periods, frequent walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
