Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer Intern to join our team. As a CFO Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Assist in the development of business intelligence solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Pursuing a master's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, finance, actuarial sciences, science, and engineering, or other similar quantitative discipline
  • Up to 2 years of experience in information or data-related practices, including information governance, information management, information architecture, IT, analysis, and reporting
  • Foundational experience in one or more dynamic scripted language (Python, R, etc.) and database query language (such as SQL, HQL, NoSQL, etc.) for performing statistical analyses and/or building and scoring AI/ML models
  • Foundational knowledge of and experience with the concepts and technologies associated with classical supervised and unsupervised modeling
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of business intelligence and data management platforms (Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza)
