Industrial Sales Representative

Pye-Barker Supply Co. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer for Industrial Solutions to lead business growth, drive product sales, and deliver excellent service to clients in Georgia.
This role presents an opportunity to represent industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers, and work with clients to engineer packages and skids tailored to their specifications. You will build meaningful relationships to ensure Pye-Barker Supply Co. is the first call for client needs, drive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contracts, and conduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging 'Lunch & Learn' sessions to showcase our products.
You will collaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillment, maintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams aligned, and be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds assigned sales targets. If you have a strong background in B2B industrial sales or outside sales, a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate's or Bachelor's) preferred, and expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers, this could be the ideal role for you.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000 plus commissions, with expected total compensation, including commissions and bonuses, reaching $100,000 or more. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, 15 days paid time off plus major holidays, car allowance, laptop, and cell phone.
