  • Ensure that healthy backlogs are maintained and equitably distributed among team members.
  • Produce and maintain process metrics and artifacts to communicate team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and work across multiple teams on shared initiatives.
  • Bring experience from a technology delivery environment.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Possess a Scrum certification (CSM or PSM).
