In this role, you will schedule nursing staff to specific shifts, monitor employee performance, and assist in the training of new staff members. You'll coordinate unit activities, direct and organize work for nursing staff, and provide education on patient care. Additionally, you'll assess, monitor, and educate nursing staff on patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible. If needed, you'll institute emergency procedures and provide nursing care to patients.

This position requires a current valid Arizona or compact RN state license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support for healthcare provider certification, and two years of experience as an RN in a medical setting. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience is preferred. You should also have Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and/or Cerner experience.
