Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Seafood Business Director to lead our team at the front of the house. This role involves managing customer expectations, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring a high level of quality in all aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for training and developing their team members, as well as implementing new strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management and scheduling
  • Develop and implement new strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the business

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
