Job Summary:
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to lead our maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
