We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance USA As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Meet or exceed established goals for all performance metrics, including call/chat quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of solid working knowledge of all customer service functions within a contact center.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly explain complex concepts in a customer-centric manner.
  • Ability to de-escalate customer issues and provide best-in-class service.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
