About the Role

JobTrain is seeking an experienced career coach to support our IT alumni in their career advancement journey. As a Career Coach for IT Alumni, you will work closely with our alumni to help them gain the skills and support they need to advance their careers and achieve economic mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to IT alumni to help them plan their career paths and achieve their goals.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to help alumni develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional team to ensure that our alumni receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Measure and track the outcomes and effectiveness of our career coaching program.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in career coaching or recruiting.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and experience working with similar clients.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Certificate in career coaching preferred.

The hiring pay range for this position is $31.21/hr - $35.68/hr.
