The Manufacturing Leadership Development Professional will join Sazerac as part of a leadership development program designed to support the company's expanding and evolving organization. This program offers an exceptional opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance your career on an accelerated track.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month program that spans 4 rotations across various departments, including engineering, maintenance, packaging, processing, and supply chain.
- Lead teams and projects, gaining a thorough understanding of the industry, culture, and processes.
- Develop professional and career skills through continuous feedback and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, agriculture, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning.
- Team player with effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude.
- Desire to lead teams.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
