Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our residential programs, you will provide medical oversight, guidance, and consultation to our employees who support individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and consultation to programs regarding medical issues, procedures, and techniques.
- Assess and provide individualized education related to person's health and disease processes.
- Review clinical records on a regular basis to ensure adequate services and supports are provided.
- Provide oversight to the Medication Administration Program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts, required.
- Experience with adults with disabilities strongly preferred.
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills required.
- Valid driver's license required.
