Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise to customers.
  • Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and demonstrate effective selling skills to positively impact conversion.
  • Process stock, maintain stockroom organization, and adhere to company standards of merchandise presentation and display.
  • Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures and inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent customer engagement, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts.
