Job Title: Sales Associate

At Rumble Boxing, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production
  • Promote and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Participate in special events to promote the club
  • Develop and maintain selling skills
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow up and follow-through activities with prospective clients
  • Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
  • Attend and complete all relevant training programs
  • Take pictures for social media platforms
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
