About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with guests, build relationships, and promote our products and services to drive sales and guest loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and guest expectations.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 44 pounds, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
