At Professional Case Management, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Follow written assignment and instructions, and complete and submit appropriate documentation

Requirements:

  • Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
