Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Entertainment Promotions. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring that every drink is made to perfection.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with our guests, respond to their needs, and create a memorable experience for every patron.
  • Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Clean and sanitize the bar area, restock supplies, and maintain a high level of organization and presentation.
  • Assist with Bar Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work as a Team: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively, and support each other in achieving our goals.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.
  • Age and Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid TABC license, and a Food Handler's Certificate.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with basic drink recipes, proper pouring techniques, and knowledge of various types of liquor, wine, and beer.
