Key Responsibilities:
- Craft, sell, and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
- Prepare ingredients and replenish bar supplies according to established standards.
- Fulfill drink orders for waitstaff promptly.
- Assist with table service and food delivery as required.
- Engage with patrons to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.
- Support other departments as directed by management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with frequent bending and twisting.
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable using a ladder as needed.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and processing drink orders.
Special Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and proper pouring methods.
- Familiarity with various types of liquor, wine, and beer.
- Possession of a valid TABC or equivalent license for alcohol service as per local regulations.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate or similar certification as required by local laws.
