About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated HomeTeam Pest Defense Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for generating sales in new homeowner communities by reaching out to homeowners in your assigned area through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales in new homeowner communities
- Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area via phone calls, emails, mail, and door-to-door visits
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners in your assigned area
- Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay averaging $60K-$100K annually (Base + Commissions)

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Good driving record
