Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and coaches.

  • Problem-Solving: Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Safety Awareness: Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
  • Professional Relationships: Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
