Position Overview:
The Packaging Operator plays a crucial role in the effective packaging of manufactured chemicals. This position involves collaboration with the site planner, operations supervisor, and shipping department to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive materials that have successfully passed final quality inspection.
2. Prepare the necessary packaging containers and fill them according to specified configurations.
3. Ensure accurate labeling of packaged products prior to their transfer to the shipping department.
4. Maintain accountability for the precision, cleanliness, and timely completion of all orders.
5. Complete detailed paperwork and manage computer transactions to support packaging and ERP systems, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards throughout all operations.
6. Uphold and ensure the accuracy of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
7. Maintain proper inventory levels, organization, and cleanliness within the packaging department.

Personal Attributes:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately. A proven track record of stability in an operator role is essential, along with experience in a chemical environment. Candidates should exhibit responsibility and accountability in their work.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Steel-toed shoes (provided), long pants, uniform (provided), and safety glasses are required.
