About Seven Feathers Casino Resort:
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Seven Feathers Casino Resort. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with merchandise selection and perform retail transactions accurately.
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently and maintain cash drawer variances to a minimum.
- Use thorough product knowledge to assist guests with merchandise selection and provide recommendations.
- Ensure the Gift Gallery remains neat and organized, with items off the floor and out of the walkways at all times.
- Assist with receiving and checking in of new merchandise and recording inventory transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in a retail environment that processed cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to work Point of Sales Systems with the appropriate training.
- Able to handle cash and credit card transactions in an accurate manner.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Documented completion of the OLCC's "Promoting Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service" quiz.
