We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Laconia Rehabilitation Center - Laconia, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate: $48.00/hour.
