Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Laconia Rehabilitation Center - Laconia, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
- Competitive pay rate of $48.00 per hour.
