Cybersecurity Professional with Advanced Threat Detection Expertise

Our Intel division generates actionable insights from analytics through a suite of operationalized AI/ML tools for data collection/ingestion and subsequent text, geospatial, time series, and image/video analytics to support open-source intelligence.
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our MAS group, you will help define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), set monitoring metrics, and aid in incident investigations and responses.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in assessing risks, identifying vulnerabilities, and detecting threats in computer systems and networks.
You will be responsible for explaining information security needs and threats to both technical and non-technical audiences, responding to security alerts, uncovering flaws, and fixing them, as well as containing and mitigating damage from security incidents.
In addition, you will analyze security logs and identify signs of potential security incidents, and have knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and programming languages, including command-line interfaces for Windows and Linux.
You may also have experience scripting (e.g., Perl, Python, PowerShell) to assist in analyzing logs, configuring security devices (e.g., intrusion detection and protection systems), and working on red or blue teams in cybersecurity exercises.
The successful candidate will possess a SALARY RANGE: $100k - $230k, depending on experience and qualifications.
