  • Pre-Move-In Preparation: Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins, including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring all necessary amenities are in place.
  • Resident Satisfaction: Respond quickly to resident needs and requests, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
  • Emergency Response: Assist in responding to resident emergencies, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
Requirements:
  • Hourly Rate: $17-$18 per hour
