As a full-time employee, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000-$89,000, plus bonus earning potential up to $100,000.

The successful candidate will hold a Master's level degree in social work or a related field, be licensed as an LCSW or LMHC, and have experience working with diverse populations. We value fluency in Spanish, but also welcome applicants with proficiency in other languages.
