Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Liberty Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, managing rental agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease apartments to prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
  • Manage rental agreements, including processing applications, conducting credit checks, and verifying income.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure that all leasing activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including lease agreements, rental payments, and resident information.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in multi-family leasing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Leasing license or certification.
  • Experience with apartment software and technology.
