- Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including conferences, seminars, and product launches, to promote our brand and engage our audience.
- Video Production: Produce high-quality video content, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming, and editing, to engage our audience and promote our brand.
- AV Equipment Management: Manage and maintain AV equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team members to develop and implement communications strategies, and provide support during project execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Information Science, Broadcasting, Media Production, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, experience in photograph and video production, including scriptwriting, lighting, audio recording, videography, video editing, and basic video graphic creation.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in desktop publishing software, MS Office software, Google Analytics, Adobe applications (e.g., Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign), and web content management platforms.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and efficient manner, and simplify complex concepts for a varied audience.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage all aspects of crisis communications under stress, and make decisions and solve problems independently or as part of a team.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 10% by car and/or plane, and have scheduling flexibility when job demands require.
