Waterproofing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Waterproofing Technician.

This is a full-time position responsible for providing technical support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying waterproofing treatments, installing caulking, preparing surfaces, and inspecting joints.

• Apply water-resistant coatings to interior and exterior masonry, windows, door frames, and concrete paving joints.
• Install sealants to prevent water damage and ensure structural integrity.
• Prepare surfaces for treatment by cleaning, drying, and sanding.
• Conduct regular inspections of joints and perform integrity tests to guarantee soundness.
• Solve problems on job sites in a timely and effective manner.

• Prior experience in waterproofing or construction is desirable but not mandatory.
• OSHA 10 certification is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Able to multitask, possess organizational skills, and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be self-motivated, a proactive individual, and a diligent worker.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Competitive hourly rate: $23 - $27 per hour.
