Job Description: As a Waterproofing Technician, you will play a crucial role in our team by applying waterproofing treatments to various projects, including interior and exterior masonry, windows, door frames, and concrete paving joints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply waterproofing treatments to prevent water damage">
• Install caulking in joints to prevent water entry">
• Prepare surfaces for waterproofing application">
• Apply sealants, coatings, and membranes to ensure watertightness">
• Inspect joints to ensure soundness and perform integrity tests as needed">
• Solve problems on job sites and communicate effectively with customers and central office">

Requirements:

We are seeking a self-motivated and hardworking individual with prior experience in waterproofing or construction (though not required). OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not necessary. You should demonstrate effective communication skills, be able to perform multiple tasks, and possess organizational and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is $23-$27 per hour, with shift schedules from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
