Job Title: Robotic Welding Specialist

Gladwin Machinery Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Robotic Welding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service organization, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and repairs of our products.

We are looking for a professional with a high level of experience in welding and a strong technical background. You will provide exceptional technical support to customers throughout Kansas and Missouri, as well as occasional travel to other Midwest states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission robotic welding systems
  • Provide training and technical support to customers
  • Maintain and repair robotic welding equipment
  • Travel to customer sites for on-site machine installations and customer training

Requirements:

  • 10 years of field welding experience
  • Basic computer skills and experience with SolidWorks and/or other offline robotic programming simulating software
  • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist customers with problems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Robotic welder programming experience a plus
