Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in hospital operations.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or healthcare administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CHFM or CHC.
  • Experience with facilities management software and systems.
