Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team at BBL Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food for banquet events according to established recipes and portion control standards.
  • Plate food for service according to established plating and presentation criteria.
  • Complete all assigned preparatory work, including set-up of the front line.
  • Maintain strict food sanitation standards and ensure all items in refrigeration are stocked and properly stored.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all food production, holding, and storage areas to meet or exceed local Health Department regulations.
  • Follow standardized recipes and adhere to all house policies.
  • Complete breakdown procedures, including proper labeling and storage.
  • Assist in other areas of the kitchen as time permits.
  • Check with immediate supervisor before leaving.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
