Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Pocahontas Center - Marlinton, WV. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care and support to patients/residents, including toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of wheelchairs and walkers
  • Monitor and report changes in patients'/residents' condition to the Licensed/Registered Nurse
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient/resident care plans

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
