As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of court documents, managing case files, and providing exceptional customer service to the public.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process court documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders
- Manage case files, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide customer service to the public, including answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Assist with financial duties, including preparing bank deposits and reconciling monthly statements
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Considerable court, business, or office-related experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of office automation systems and computer software
