Key Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Associate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the month-end closing process of the firm
  • Preparing journal entries and conducting balance sheet reconciliations
  • Generating monthly financial reports and performing P&L variance analysis
  • Supporting various analyses of balance sheets and income statements
  • Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Handling ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting or related experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
