We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while ensuring the efficient operation of our nursing units.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of around $65,000 per year, plus excellent benefits packages including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and education reimbursement program of up to $7,500 per year.
Job DescriptionAs a Nursing Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. This will involve assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating nursing care. You will also be responsible for supervising nurses, care specialists (CNA), and other personnel.
You will be expected to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to share information relevant to changing care plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the practicing state. You will also need to hold and maintain a current CPR certification. Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics would be an asset.
You must be capable of maintaining regular attendance and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
