Starting pay rate is $28.00 per hour based on experience. Shift differential pay available.

Paid Time Off (PTO+) begins accruing after 30 days of employment; earn additional PTO as you work.

Essential Functions

of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

:

Highly motivated and capable of assisting in all facets of nursing.

The candidate will deliver services that surpass company and regulatory standards.

Initiates and leads personalized nursing care plans.

Assesses and documents the residents' conditions and nursing requirements.

Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders.

Assigns nursing care to team members based on residents' needs and their capabilities and qualifications.

Administers medications.

Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents.

Documents treatments as required.

Ensures that supplies are used efficiently and that equipment is maintained in a safe and clean manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

:

Active LPN license for the state of Iowa is required.

Valid CPR certification.
