Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Embrace the role of a committed, fully engaged, practicing Catholic, focused on collaborative ministry and the enhancement of the Church's vision as articulated by the Second Vatican Council.
  • Prioritize the spiritual development of both students and faculty members.
  • Exhibit leadership driven by mission, characterized by integrity, sound judgment, and exceptional collaborative abilities, alongside a dedication to curriculum and personnel development.
  • Showcase proven expertise in public relations and development, along with strong skills in budgetary and financial oversight.
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities, technological proficiency, and the ability to formulate strategic and long-term plans while inspiring others towards achieving goals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership, complemented by 3-5 years of teaching experience. Experience in a Catholic School Principal or Assistant Principal role is preferred.
  • Possess or be eligible for licensure as an administrator by the NC Department of Public Instruction.
  • Successfully pass all required criminal background and reference checks.
  • Complete diocese-sponsored Safe-Environment Training prior to commencing duties.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
