Qualifications
- Possession of a valid journeyman license in the state of KY.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant electrical experience.
- Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical examination.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to commute daily to the designated work area.
Physical Requirements
To effectively carry out the essential functions of this role, the employee must frequently:
stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or sit.
It is essential for the employee to:
communicate effectively; utilize hands and fingers for handling tasks; and reach with hands and arms extensively. Climbing stairs, ladders, or sloped surfaces and traversing uneven terrain may be common.
The employee in this role will regularly lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements include the ability to see close objects and adjust focus as needed.
Work Environment
While performing job duties, the employee may be exposed to various weather conditions, including wet or humid environments and extreme heat.
Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and potential vibrations from power tools is frequent. The employee may also encounter moving mechanical parts and machinery, with noise levels that can be loud at times.
Note: If the employee voluntarily leaves the company within one year of receiving the signing bonus, reimbursement to the company will be required.
