Job Responsibilities: The Permitting Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing permit acquisition plans, reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal regulations, and coordinating timelines. They will also maintain a database of permitting requirements and provide regular progress reports to project teams and senior management.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, government officials, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient permit acquisition.

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
