**Key Responsibilities**
• Direct and manage the daily operations of our food stands, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels.
• Train and coach team members on food preparation, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Establish and maintain a strong sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and control food costs, inventory levels, and labor expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as park operations and guest services, to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, sales data, and employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
• 2+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in inventory management, cost control, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
