Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial customer group by providing exceptional customer service, answering sales calls, and assisting with behind-the-scenes sales functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to commercial customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales calls, providing general information and addressing customer concerns or questions.
  • Help customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs.
  • Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
  • Work together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • A desire to learn with a drive to succeed.
  • Passion for collaboration and desire to assist customers across the team.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs.
  • Drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner.
  • General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
