Treatment Nurse

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Treatment Nurse to join our team. As a Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Job Summary:- Conduct thorough assessments of new admissions and re-admissions to identify skin areas that require treatment.
- Develop and implement preventative measures to prevent pressure ulcers and other skin-related issues.
- Collaborate with attending physicians to ensure residents receive timely and effective wound care.
- Provide education to residents and their families on wound care and management.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Document resident care and progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in wound care meetings and in-services to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current LPN or RN licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
