Banner Health is seeking a full-time experienced FNP/PA to join our team in the downtown Phoenix area. This role offers a unique opportunity for a provider to dedicate care to a specific employee population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services, including identifying health risks and managing chronic conditions
- Partner with a team of providers to provide well-rounded care
- Develop strong relationships with the patient population
Requirements:
- Minimum of two-years advanced practice provider experience in primary care services, women's health, and wellness
- Current unrestricted FNP Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances (or ability to obtain)
- NPs MUST have National NP Certification (AANP or ANCC), BLS, and ACLS
