- Primarily operate a company-owned vehicle to safely transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, hospital supplies, and related materials.
- Load and unload the vehicle using appropriate equipment.
- Utilize a handheld scanning device to track items throughout the transportation process.
- Adhere to operating policies, procedures, and service schedules.
- Exhibit safe and courteous driving practices.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule and support various market route activities.
- Assist in training new team members and provide support during their routes.
- Monitor route and on-demand activities to ensure efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant driving experience is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable with technology and adapting to new tools.
- Ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on local mandates.
